Wanted to send you a quick email to make sure Rob was recognized for how awesome he was working with me to find an apartment. I just started a new job in the area and I needed an apartment ASAP. I texted him last Saturday, we met an hour later, and I was approved for the apartment later that day. He was accessible the entire time and so kind throughout.

Jenny and I met months ago and after a brief tour of the town she had Rob show me a few houses. Stranger in a strange land and lots of snow that night, Rob immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. My first experience with Jenny was to both sell my house while simultaneously buying the next home. This entire transaction was done flawlessly. We were able to get well above asking price for the home we were selling and we were able to win a bidding war on the home we bought without having to go much above where we started because of her negotiation skills.
